What the network covers
Hospitals
Admission, intensive care, emergency and surgery. A covered admission is settled between the hospital and us, so the patient isn't paying first and claiming back later.
Clinics and polyclinics
Consultation and follow-up across specialties. Most care doesn't need a hospital, and this is where it happens.
Pharmacies
Dispensing under your programme, at pharmacies contracted across the governorates rather than a handful in the capital.
Laboratories
Blood work and diagnostic testing. The largest category in the network, because it's what people need most often and want nearest to home.
Radiology centres
X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI at contracted imaging centres, so a scan your doctor orders isn't a separate arrangement to negotiate.
Other providers
Physiotherapy, dental, optical and the specialised centres that sit outside the main categories.
